Next, add coconut flour to the bowl and mix thoroughly using an electric mixer or blender, ensuring no lumps are formed. Add the raisins to the mixture and mix well. Place the paper cups in the muffin tin and prepare it. Add the batter to these cups using a spoon and set to bake for 40 minutes at 325°F.
